Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment reserves dedicated studio time specifically for your Colour Analysis. If your plans change, please let Colour Identity Studio know as early as possible so the appointment time can be made available to another client.
1. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge by providing at least 48 hours' notice.

2. Changes within 48 hours
If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, please contact Colour Identity Studio as soon as possible.
At present, no late-cancellation fee is charged.
Colour Identity Studio does not currently require a deposit or advance payment for standard Colour Analysis appointments. Payment is requested only after a session has been completed.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect the ability to accept future bookings.
3. No-shows
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make every reasonable effort to notify Colour Identity Studio in advance.
At present, no no-show fee is charged.
However, repeated missed appointments without notice may result in future booking requests being declined or subject to different booking conditions.
4. Late arrival
Parking is available at the studio.
Please allow sufficient time for your journey, parking and arrival so you can settle in comfortably and the session can begin at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, Colour Identity Studio will make reasonable efforts to complete your session. However, the appointment may need to be shortened where extending it would affect another client's scheduled appointment.
If there is not enough time remaining to carry out the Colour Analysis properly, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
5. Appointments booked using a gift certificate
The same cancellation and rescheduling conditions apply to appointments booked using a Colour Identity Studio gift certificate.
If an appointment booked with a gift certificate is rescheduled, the gift certificate remains subject to its original validity period.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Please ensure that any rescheduled appointment can be accommodated within the applicable gift certificate conditions.
6. Cancellation or rescheduling by Colour Identity Studio
In the unusual event that Colour Identity Studio needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment because of illness, emergency or another circumstance preventing the session from taking place, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.
You will be offered the opportunity to select a suitable alternative appointment.
As standard Colour Analysis appointments are currently invoiced only after the service has been provided, you will not be charged for a session that did not take place.
7. Events outside reasonable control
Occasionally, circumstances outside the reasonable control of either the client or Colour Identity Studio may prevent an appointment from taking place as planned.
Where appropriate, Colour Identity Studio will work with you to find a reasonable alternative arrangement.
8. Statutory withdrawal rights
This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is separate from any statutory consumer rights that may apply to an online booking.
Where a booking constitutes a distance contract, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable Luxembourg and European consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any mandatory statutory right available to you.

9. Changes to this policy
Colour Identity Studio may update this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy if booking arrangements or business practices change.
Any new cancellation fee, deposit or advance-payment requirement introduced in the future will be communicated before the relevant booking is confirmed and will not be applied retrospectively to an existing booking.
